Signatories can approve or reject a job through an online job approval form. If a job is rejected, users can add their feedback on why.

Everyone is kept in the loop on the job listing progress and no task gets overlooked. Job owners will be notified with personalised emails when their approval request is rejected or approved. As a sign-off workflow progresses between stages, anyone that must sign-off will be notified.
